Associate Director - Data & AI

About the role

The Associate Director, Digital Transformation & AI will lead enterprise‑wide initiatives that embed data‑driven and AI technologies across the real‑estate business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate strategic digital priorities into scalable solutions that modernise legacy systems and improve both customer and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end digital transformation roadmaps, including strategy, success metrics and implementation plans.
• Own the Real Estate AI strategy, identifying high‑impact use cases and overseeing model design, development, deployment and lifecycle management.
• Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical, responsible and compliant AI usage.
• Identify automation opportunities, lead RPA and workflow‑technology implementations, and standardise processes before automation.
• Partner with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders to create data‑driven business cases and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Set up governance, risk‑management and change‑management structures to secure adoption and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale digital transformation and AI programmes.
• Strong strategic partnership and advisory skills with senior executives.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
