Associate – Dispute Resolution (3-6 PQE) – Dubai

About the role

The Dispute Resolution team in our Dubai office is seeking an Associate with 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience. You will work on high‑value cross‑border litigation, international arbitration and enforcement matters for corporates, UHNWIs, family offices and sovereign‑linked entities across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead commercial litigation and arbitration matters, often involving parallel proceedings in multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate evidence collection for complex disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, witness statements and arbitration submissions.
• Interact with clients, counsel and experts, providing strategic advice throughout the dispute lifecycle.
• Support senior lawyers in case strategy, project management and client communication.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 3‑6 years PQE, trained at a leading international law firm.
• Demonstrated passion for dispute resolution and complex commercial litigation.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and workload‑management abilities.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration.
• Proficiency in managing due‑diligence processes.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
