Associate Entertainment Manager

About the role

The Associate Entertainment Manager supports daily operations of assigned entertainment and food & beverage venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, safety compliance, and strong financial performance. Working closely with the Entertainment Manager, the role drives sales, upholds brand standards, and leads a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Entertainment Manager in overseeing venue operations and ensuring smooth performance.
• Conduct regular venue inspections to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with standards.
• Monitor facilities and equipment, report faults, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Implement brand standards, service procedures, and customer experience initiatives consistently.
• Lead teams to achieve operational and sales targets, promoting upselling and product awareness.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery actions.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational inspections, audits, and compliance checklists.
• Review customer feedback, monitor NPS, and implement improvement plans.
• Supervise staffing levels, rotations, breaks, and team briefings across entertainment zones and F&B outlets.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team performance and guest engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) experience in entertainment venue or food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to meet sales and operational KPIs.
• Strong focus on customer experience and service excellence.
• Leadership experience with team coaching and performance management.
• Ability to handle cash, inventory, and stock control processes.
