Associate – Group Insurance

About the role

We are seeking an Associate – Group Insurance to support our insurance portfolio in the UAE. This position is open to UAE nationals only and will work closely with underwriters, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend policy coverage changes for current and new risks, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collect and review data for underwriters and brokers during risk reviews and programme renewals.
• Prepare tender documentation, evaluate responses and present findings to management committees.
• Process notifications to Security Trustee, Administrative Agent and Facility Agents, and provide required documentation for loan compliance.
• Maintain corporate insurance data, including policies, premiums, claims, deductibles and risk details.
• Mentor team members and maintain strong relationships with insurance advisors, underwriters and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering surveys, prepare progress reports on loss‑prevention recommendations, and manage claims handling and reporting.
