Associate – Health and Life Sciences

About the role

Oliver Wyman is expanding its Health and Life Sciences practice in Dubai and is looking for an Associate to support commercial strategy, digital & technology, and operations improvement projects for clients in the payer, provider, digital health, and life sciences sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of project workstreams, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, analysis, and primary/secondary research.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations and discuss insights with clients and stakeholders.
• Support Partners in project delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution and timely reporting.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to their skill development.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Prior experience with health‑related topics and a track record of leading teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
