Associate Instructor – Emergency Response & Firefighting

About the role

Jaheziya seeks experienced emergency‑services professionals to join its specialist instructor pool. You will deliver theoretical, practical and scenario‑based training in firefighting, emergency response, rescue and incident command for projects in the UAE and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality classroom, practical and live training sessions.
• Support programmes such as NFPA / Pro Board, JOIFF, RTC/RTCI, BAI, ICS and CFBT/CFBTI.
• Assess learners where qualified and authorised.
• Maintain strict safety and quality standards during practical exercises.
• Assist Lead Instructor with course development activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant operational/technical experience.
• At least 2 years of instructional experience in fire & rescue, emergency response, military, civil defence or a similar environment.
• Recognised instructor or training qualification.
• Current professional and technical certifications.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for project‑based assignments in the UAE or internationally.
