Associate Key Account – UAE

About the role

Astellas Pharma is seeking an Associate Key Account professional to drive sales of its Ophthalmology portfolio across the UAE. This permanent, full‑time position is field‑based with a hybrid working model, allowing time in the office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Own account‑level business planning, forecasting and performance metrics, including budget accountability.
• Proactively engage payer and procurement teams within key accounts to shape access and overcome reimbursement challenges.
• Organise and execute high‑impact meetings and clinical discussions with key opinion leaders across the UAE.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth of the Ophthalmology portfolio.
• Utilise Veeva CRM and Salesforce platforms for customer segmentation and omnichannel effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven MNC experience in pharmaceutical field sales with a track record of launching new therapies.
• Experience in the UAE market, specifically in Ophthalmology.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
