About the role

As an Associate in Learning & Effectiveness for the MENA region, you will support the coordination, delivery and success of training programmes, ensuring teams across the region have the skills to thrive.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end logistics for regional training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, venue booking and facilitator coordination.
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration by uploading new content, tracking course completion and ensuring data accuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to learning programmes and draft communications to promote new courses.
Assist in developing and formatting training materials, presentations and other learning resources.
Administer post‑training feedback surveys and compile data to measure programme effectiveness.
Liaise with external training vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
No specific qualifications required.
