Associate Manager – Aggregators & Partnerships

About the role

The Associate Manager – Aggregators & Partnerships is responsible for overseeing the performance of Carrefour and Hypermax on third‑party delivery and quick‑commerce platforms. The role drives partnership strategies, manages Joint Business Plans and works closely with internal and external teams to improve assortment, promotions, availability and overall channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute aggregator partnership strategies and achieve commercial and P&L targets across markets.
• Monitor day‑to‑day partner performance, including GMV, order growth, basket size and customer retention.
• Support commercial negotiations, contract renewals, commission management and promotional funding.
• Optimize on‑platform performance through assortment, pricing, promotions and new store roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to deliver integrations, automation and platform enhancements.
• Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing to improve availability, fulfillment quality, delivery performance and customer experience.
• Lead performance reviews, business reviews, reporting and competitor benchmarking.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver profitable growth on aggregator platforms.
• Strong understanding of partner economics, commissions and marketing ROI.
• Experience improving key operational metrics such as availability, order fulfillment, on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track record of successfully executing Joint Business Plans and governance forums.
