About the role
The Associate Onboarding Specialist will support the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new hires at Sundus Consultancy in Abu Dhabi. Working closely with HR and recruitment teams, you will ensure smooth induction, orientation and training processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, orientation and training programs.
- Prepare onboarding kits, handbooks, policies, FAQs and new‑joiner communications.
- Develop and maintain onboarding reports and dashboards to track activities and progress.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to deliver a positive candidate onboarding experience.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing and applicant tracking.
- Maintain HR and recruitment systems, with a preference for SAP knowledge.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1‑4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in English.
