Associate Principal / Principal – Technology Practice Lead

About the role

Native, one of Asia's leading executive search firms, is looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join its Dubai office at Associate Principal / Principal level. You will lead and grow the Technology recruitment practice, building the practice, winning new clients, developing strategic relationships, delivering senior-level mandates and driving revenue growth. The role suits professionals who recruit for technology businesses as well as technology functions across other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Technology recruitment practice in Dubai.
• Drive business development, acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to successful placement.
• Develop relationships with senior business leaders, technology executives and HR stakeholders.
• Lead mid-to-senior management and executive search assignments.
• Own individual billing, practice revenue, business pipeline and forecasting.
• Build market intelligence, talent networks and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of recruitment agency or executive search experience.
• Mandatory 360-degree recruitment experience across business development, client management and delivery.
• Established experience in the UAE / Middle East recruitment market.
• Specialization in technology recruitment, either within technology businesses or technology functions across other sectors.
• Proven individual billing track record and ability to win new clients.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability and ambition to independently build and lead a recruitment practice.
