Associate Product Specialist – Product Management Graduate Program 2026

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Product Specialist to join its Product Management team in Dubai as part of the 2026 Launch Graduate Program. This 18‑month development program offers recent graduates hands‑on experience building customer‑centric payment products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive adoption and understand customer needs.
• Conduct iterative experiments to prioritize features for product releases and roadmap planning.
• Assist customers in resolving escalated operational issues.
• Manage project activities for strategic initiatives from concept through go‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Available to start on 1 September 2026.
• Final‑year undergraduate or master’s student, or graduate no earlier than September 2025.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• High‑energy, can‑do attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
