Associate Professor – Marketing (Full‑Time)

About the role

American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) seeks a full‑time Associate Professor in Marketing to join its Business School. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, contribute to curriculum development, and advance the university’s research profile in marketing and tourism.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching for both undergraduate and graduate marketing programmes.
• Design, update and assess course materials and curricula.
• Maintain an active research agenda that meets AACSB scholarly standards, publish in peer‑reviewed outlets and present at conferences.
• Provide academic service to the university, professional discipline and local community.
• Mentor students and junior faculty members.

Required profile

• Earned doctorate in Business with a specialization in Marketing (or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Established record of scholarly research for an associate‑professor rank, or a clear research agenda for an assistant‑professor rank.
• Demonstrated success in university teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
• Evidence of service to the university, professional community or broader society.
