About the role

Abu Dhabi University is seeking an Associate Professor of Education specializing in Educational Technologies and Artificial Intelligence to join its College of Arts, Education & Social Sciences. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the university’s mission through high‑quality teaching, impactful research, and academic leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver learner‑centered instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Ensure courses meet academic quality and accreditation standards.
• Conduct and publish research in educational technologies and AI.
• Secure external research funding and develop scholarly collaborations.
• Coordinate academic programs and mentor faculty and students.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and engage with industry partners to enhance student employability.

Required profile

• Doctorate (PhD) in Education, Educational Technology, AI, or a related field.
• Demonstrated record of teaching excellence at the university level.
• Strong publication record in reputable journals or conferences.
• Experience in obtaining research grants and managing projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
