Associate Relationship Manager

About the role

Vistra Energy is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join its Corporate & Private Client Services team in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of international corporate and private clients, helping them navigate corporate secretarial and compliance requirements across UAE jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients, serving as the main point of contact.
• Deliver corporate secretarial services, including company formations, filings, and governance support in ADGM, DIFC, free zones and offshore.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, onboarding and regulatory requirements, conducting annual reviews and remediation.
• Support revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Oversee invoicing, collections and overall financial management of the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate client records, provide regular reporting to management and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate services or company secretarial roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures and regulations.
• Experience with compliance, KYC and regulatory filings.
• Degree in Business, Commerce or a related field (professional qualification a plus).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Proactive, solution‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Fluent English.
