Associate Relationship Manager

About the role

Deutsche Börse Group is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to develop and grow its client portfolio in the UAE market. You will act as the first line of defense, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML standards while building strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collect and upload full KYC documentation, monitor client status and ensure timely KYC reviews.
• Achieve targets for new relationships, financial growth, cross‑selling and self‑development.
• Identify business opportunities and risks, update the CRM system and raise issues to the Line Manager.
• Prepare proposals, product presentations and support the onboarding process from initial contact to account activation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (compliance, credit, middle‑office) throughout the client lifecycle.
• Manage escalated customer queries and provide effective solutions.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in securities or banking, preferably with a custodian bank or securities house.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage deliverables on time.
