Associate Service Engineer – UAE Nationals

About the role

The Associate Service Engineer supports the maintenance, troubleshooting and field execution of fire alarm and fire‑fighting system activities across UAE sites. Working closely with the Field Line Manager, Operations Team Leader and customers, you will ensure reliable system performance and a professional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarm and fire‑fighting equipment.
• Investigate and resolve daily technical issues, errors and service concerns.
• Execute scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and support testing, commissioning and hand‑over activities.
• Prepare accurate field service reports, checklists and daily logs for invoicing and service closure.
• Build positive customer relationships and coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0‑1 year of experience (including internships) in an electrical or fire‑related field.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, tenacious and customer‑focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
