Associate Service Engineer - UAE Nationals

About the role

The Associate Service Engineer supports maintenance, troubleshooting and field execution of fire alarm and fire fighting system activities across UAE sites. Working closely with the Field Line Manager, Operations Team Leader and customers, you will ensure technical issues are resolved and planned maintenance is carried out efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for fire alarm and fire fighting system equipment, investigating and resolving day‑to‑day issues.
• Execute scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and support L&M and POC jobs, including testing and commissioning.
• Prepare and submit technical, service and field reports to enable invoicing and service closure.
• Coordinate site implementation activities with customers, subcontractors, supervisors and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0‑1 year of experience (including internships) in an electrical or fire‑related field.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, tenacious and customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
