About the role

We are looking for an Associate Staff Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance enterprise web applications. The role involves working on both front‑end and back‑end components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

Develop responsive UI components using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS‑in‑JS solutions.
Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and services with Node.js, Express.js, and NoSQL databases.
Architect build pipelines, automate deployments, and apply CI/CD best practices.
Monitor application performance, conduct tuning, and resolve debugging issues.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and API gateway integrations.
Implement security mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and Single Sign‑On.

Required profile

2‑3 years of experience building enterprise‑grade React applications with TypeScript.
5+ years of professional experience in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of data structures, performance optimization, and debugging.
Familiarity with banking or retail domain concepts is a plus.
