Associate - Unsecured Policy (Graduate Role)

About the role

This position supports the retail credit policy function, overseeing the end‑to‑end credit cycle from sourcing and approval through collections. It is designed for fresh UAE National graduates and focuses on maintaining a healthy unsecured loan portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Post Approval Review is conducted as per approved process and there are no breaches on local and internal regulations.
• Review Daily Disaster Report and highlight any breaches of local and internal regulations.
• Maintain and update policy changes, ensure clear communication with relevant units, and document credit policy decisions.
• Complete policy department RCSA in a timely manner and perform testing for all policy functions.
• Analyze MIS to ensure portfolio quality, validate credit policies, and monitor impact of policy changes.
• Coordinate with the IT team to develop policy parameters and automate data reports.
• Perform collection review for top delinquent accounts and understand drivers of delinquency.
• Conduct portfolio review covering mix, expat vs UAE, salary transfer vs non‑salary transfer, and basic performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fresh UAE National graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• Internship experience (not necessarily in banking) is preferred.

Required skills

• Understanding of credit policy processes and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze MIS reports and assess portfolio risk.
• Basic knowledge of portfolio mix metrics (expat vs UAE, salary transfer, etc.).
