Associate/Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management

About the role

The University seeks an Associate or Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management to contribute to teaching, research, and community engagement. The role involves delivering undergraduate and graduate courses in both English and Arabic, supervising student projects, and supporting departmental initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials and assessments for HRM programmes.
• Design and regularly update course curricula.
• Participate in departmental academic planning and quality assurance.
• Guide students in research, internships and academic advising.
• Manage practical lab usage and maintain student achievement records.
• Contribute to research projects and assist the Department Chair.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Prepare accurate e‑Course files and support accreditation processes.
• Engage in community‑service projects and departmental administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker.
• Minimum three years post‑doctoral experience.
• Ph.D. or equivalent, qualified for Assistant or Associate Professor rank.
• Teaching experience in English and Arabic at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE; UAE‑attested Ph.D. preferred.
• Availability for morning and evening teaching schedules.
