Associate/Full Professor – Engineering Management (Graduate Programs)

About the role

Abu Dhabi University seeks an Associate or Full Professor to join its Engineering Management graduate program (MEM) for the Spring academic year 2025‑2026. The successful candidate will teach Master’s and PhD courses, supervise research, and contribute to the strategic growth of the program.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures and seminars for Master’s and PhD students in Engineering Management.
• Supervise graduate research projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Develop and update curriculum in line with international standards and industry needs.
• Engage in scholarly research, publish in reputable journals, and secure research funding.
• Collaborate with industry partners, professional bodies, and international institutions.
• Participate in departmental committees and university service activities.

Required profile

• PhD in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong record of peer‑reviewed publications and research funding.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the graduate level.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Industrial Engineering, Project & Contract Management, Total Quality Management, Operations Management & MIS, Sustainability & Environmental Aspects, Health & Safety in projects.
