Associate/Full Professor of Management (tenure‑track)

About the role

NYU Abu Dhabi, in partnership with NYU Stern, seeks a tenured or tenure‑track Associate or Full Professor in Management for the newly established Stern School of Business at NYUAD. The position focuses on research excellence and graduate/MBA teaching in core management areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑impact research and publish in top‑tier management, psychology, or economics journals.
• Teach graduate and MBA courses in Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, or related fields.
• Mentor junior faculty and contribute to departmental research leadership.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Management‑related discipline (e.g., Psychology, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Economics, Strategy).
• Established record of publications in top‑tier journals.
• Demonstrated excellence in graduate or MBA‑level teaching.

Required skills

• Strong scholarly writing and research methodology.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior faculty.
