Audit Associate – Assurance Services (UAE)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Audit Associate to join its Audit & Assurance team in the United Arab Emirates. The role offers the opportunity to work on high‑quality audits for a diverse client base while developing technical expertise in audit methodology and risk assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Address specific audit and risk advisory priorities in line with stakeholder requirements.
• Perform risk assessment procedures and identify risks of material misstatement.
• Deliver high‑quality audits using Global Audit Imperatives, methodology, and supporting tools.
• Formulate reasonable judgments and conclusions to provide timely, informative audit outputs.
• Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards, local laws, ethical standards, and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Appreciation of audit and risk advisory priorities.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards applicable to the entity.
• Ability to conduct risk assessment procedures effectively.
• Capability to formulate judgments and deliver clear, timely audit results.
• Understanding of compliance with auditing, accounting standards, local regulations, and ethical guidelines.
