Audit Associate – Emirati Talent Program

About the role

Our Emiratisation initiative is hiring an Audit Associate to join Emirates Investment Bank’s structured 6‑month training programme. The role combines classroom learning, international certification and hands‑on audit projects, preparing you for a full‑time career in banking audit.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete audit assignments in line with the audit plan, recommending internal control improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct comprehensive planning and risk assessments for each audit to identify business and operational risks.
• Review and document control weaknesses across credit, investment, IT and operational risk processes.
• Record internal audit findings throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Identify regulatory gaps related to CBUAE and other applicable laws.
• Participate in ad‑hoc special assignments as required.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Banking/Finance preferred) with GPA 2.7 or higher.
• Graduates from 2024 onward; fresher or less than one year of experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Male candidates must have completed National Service.
