Autoclave Technician / Operator

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Autoclave Technician to join our manufacturing plant in Al Ain, UAE. The role involves operating autoclave equipment, preparing tools, and ensuring cured composite structures meet strict design specifications. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Run autoclave cycles, perform vacuum bagging and leak testing on bonded structures.
- Prepare moulding tools, operate hot press, and safely demould cured products.
- Conduct all required safety checks before each operation and follow QHSSE procedures.
- Maintain high quality standards throughout production.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in autoclave or similar composite manufacturing roles.
- High school diploma, technical apprenticeship, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Based in Al Ain or willing to relocate.
- Available to start immediately.
