Autoline Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Autoline Support Analyst to join the ICT Department of United Al Saqer Group in the UAE. The analyst will provide day‑to‑day functional and technical support for the Autoline (Keyloop/CDK) Dealer Management System across sales, service, parts, CRM and accounting modules, ensuring smooth operation for multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Autoline users, diagnose and resolve application issues, and log incidents via the company helpdesk.
• Manage user access, permissions, security roles and configure workflows, settings and profiles according to business needs.
• Monitor system performance, assist with software upgrades, patch management and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Deliver onboarding and training sessions, create user manuals, SOPs and training guides.
• Ensure data accuracy, generate operational reports and support integrations with third‑party CRM, ERP and BI tools.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose process improvements and maintain documentation, change logs and audit records.
• Collaborate with department heads, IT infrastructure teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with Autoline (Keyloop/CDK) Dealer Management System.
• Proficiency in helpdesk ticketing and incident management.
• Knowledge of software upgrade, patch management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Data migration and system performance monitoring.
• Integration experience with CRM, ERP and Business Intelligence tools.
