Automobile Service Advisor

About the role

The Mechanical & Body Shop Service Advisor is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments and explain recommended mechanical and body repairs.
• Prepare estimates, open and close job orders, and coordinate with technicians.
• Inspect vehicles with customers, document concerns and update them on status and costs.
• Maintain accurate records in the service management system and manage billing.
• Support quality control, promote recommended maintenance services and ensure a safe workshop environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years experience as a service advisor in automotive maintenance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages common in Dubai are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines in a busy workshop.

Required skills

• Strong automotive and mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with service management software and basic computer applications for job orders, estimates and reporting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
