Automobile Storekeeper – Luxury Classic Auto Studio

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Automobile Storekeeper to support a prestigious luxury classic auto studio. The role involves managing spare parts, tools, and materials essential for vehicle restoration and workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain inventory of automotive spare parts, tools, consumables and workshop materials.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming items against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Issue parts to technicians based on approved requests and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
• Maintain records for rare and vintage vehicle parts and ensure proper storage conditions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as an automotive storekeeper, parts coordinator or similar role.
• Experience with luxury, classic or restoration workshops is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components such as engine, electrical, body and mechanical parts.
• Ability to read parts catalogs, invoices and technical documents accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Experience using ERP software for stock control.
