Automotive Parts Procurement Officer – Classic Cars

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking an Automotive Parts Procurement Officer for a prestigious luxury classic auto studio in Dubai. The role manages end‑to‑end procurement of automotive parts, restoration materials, premium components and workshop supplies, ensuring timely availability of high‑quality items for restoration, maintenance and customization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for parts, tools, equipment and services.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers of classic‑car components and restoration materials.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate cost‑effective terms.
• Ensure purchased items meet quality, authenticity and specification requirements.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to understand needs and schedule deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain operations.
• Proven experience with luxury vehicles, classic cars or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, spare parts, tools and workshop materials.
• Ability to source genuine OEM, aftermarket and specialty parts.
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation abilities.
