Autonomous Fleet Operations Operator

About the role

We are seeking an Autonomous Fleet Operations Operator to monitor the real‑time status of autonomous vehicles, detect incidents and coordinate emergency response. The role requires strong situational awareness, clear communication and the ability to act quickly and accurately in developing situations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time operational status of autonomous vehicles.
• Identify and respond to traffic accidents, emergencies and operational incidents.
• Dispatch emergency work orders to relevant ground support teams.
• Coordinate on‑site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents according to established procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with ground teams during incidents.
• Execute map interruption processes following operational guidelines.
• Track incident progress through resolution or escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions and responses.
• Follow established emergency response and operational procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre or fleet monitoring environment.
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making ability.
• Ability to remain calm and focused during incidents or emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with monitoring systems.
• Experience in transportation, automotive, logistics or mobility operations is advantageous.

• Computer literacy for operating real‑time tracking systems.
