Aviation Security Officer – Systems

About the role

As an Aviation Security Officer – Systems you will support the operation, maintenance and improvement of security technologies that protect aircraft, passengers, personnel and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage aviation security systems and technologies in line with EY operational requirements.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Aviation Security Management Systems (SeMS), ensuring reliability and resilience.
• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades and technical changes following risk assessments and change‑management processes.
• Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, failures or vulnerabilities in collaboration with Safety Systems, Digital Technology & Innovation and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures and evidentiary records for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Collect, analyse and interpret security system data to assess effectiveness, identify trends and provide risk‑based recommendations.
• Support evaluation, trial and adoption of new security technologies aligned with EY’s digital strategy.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated, preferably in Aviation, Security, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with security system administration, performance monitoring and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of civil aviation security regulations and international standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and operational teams.
