AVP Client Manager - Global Network Banking (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Client Manager is a client‑facing banker responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class experience across onboarding, implementation, service coordination and credit management within Citi's Global Network Banking team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and support account managers in origination activities, identifying low‑complexity opportunities.
• Manage credit requests, monitor credit lines and escalate exceptions in coordination with internal teams.
• Own end‑to‑end client onboarding, from CRM initiation to post‑implementation follow‑up, including documentation and training.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client escalations, day‑to‑day operational flows and feedback tracking.
• Act as the designated KYC owner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date client profiles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in client management or a related role within financial services.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proven problem‑solving skills, including issue resolution, escalation handling and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of banking services and operational processes.
• Understanding of KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
