About the role
The Baby Roller Operator is responsible for compacting asphalt, soil and other materials on construction sites using a baby roller. The role requires maintaining equipment condition, collaborating with site teams and adhering to safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the baby roller to compact various materials on site.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on the roller and report any issues.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient and safe work.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Required profile
- Prior experience operating baby rollers or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are preferred.
