Back End Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to build and own core microservices across our platform, focusing on call treatment orchestration, brand data, analytics, and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and own core microservices across the First Orion platform.
• Develop services supporting call treatment orchestration, brand data, analytics, and billing.
• Design and implement solutions using hexagonal and event‑driven architecture patterns.
• Build scalable, reliable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with relational databases, caching technologies, and event‑streaming platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional backend or software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Understanding of microservice and event‑driven architecture.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
