About the role

A full-time position as a Bangladeshi FX Conversion Sales Agent in Dubai, UAE, with no relocation required. The role combines promoting the company's products and services with converting leads into long-lasting customers, paid through base salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company's products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers and increase the chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
• Keep up to date with the financial markets

Required profile

• Fluent in Bangla, spoken and written; English at least at B2 level
• Previous phone-based sales experience in the FX industry is a must
• Goal-oriented, with strong objection-handling skills and ability to work with deadlines and targets
• Available to start on short notice
