Banking Sales Executive – Fixed Salary + Incentives

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Banking Sales Executives to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role you will promote a range of banking and financial products on behalf of a reputable banking institution, helping clients meet their financial needs while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective corporate and individual clients for banking and financial solutions.
• Present product offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular follow‑up and service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in banking, insurance or other financial products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in the UAE banking or financial sector is an advantage.
