Banquet Server – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Banquet Server provides professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience in accordance with the outlet’s standards. This is a full‑time role within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain daily specials.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Banquet Supervisor, Assistant Banquet Manager or Director of Banquets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of banquet operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
