Bar Manager – Delilah Supper Club

About the role

The Delilah Supper Club at Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead its bar operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the bar team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop new cocktails and refresh beverage menus.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints promptly to protect guest satisfaction.
• Prepare beverages accurately according to recipes and company standards.
• Assess guest preferences, offer tailored recommendations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve food and drinks professionally, adhering to high service standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items and confidently describe them to guests.
• Ensure the bar counter and surrounding areas are clean and well‑maintained.
• Accurately charge customers, present bills promptly and handle cash or card transactions according to procedures.
• Set up the bar daily according to standard procedures and par levels.
• Uphold personal hygiene standards and dress code, and participate in meetings and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant bar management experience.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and handle guest complaints effectively.
