Barback – Tasca Team

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is seeking a Barback to support the Tasca bar team in a luxury beachfront resort. You will assist with beverage preparation, stock management and maintain a clean, efficient bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and shelve beverages before opening and monitor stock levels throughout service.
• Prepare juices, mixes and garnishes, wipe glassware and equipment, and restock stations as needed.
• Follow corporate policies, MO Code of Conduct and data protection rules.
• Uphold grooming standards, act as a hotel ambassador and perform any additional duties requested by management.

Required profile

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to work long hours in a hot, outdoor setting and deliver superior guest service.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling.
• Basic MS Office computer skills.
