Barista

About the role

We’re looking for a Barista to join the team and support the growth of our grocery store “tMart”, the region’s first cloud‑store concept that delivers groceries in 30 minutes at hypermarket prices. The role is based in Dubai and will serve customers in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, drinks and food according to recipe specifications, the Barista Workbook and Everyday Coffee standards.
• Label, store and rotate products following FIFO principles to ensure freshness and correct handling of out‑of‑date items.
• Maintain high hygiene and temperature standards in workstations, fridges and freezers.
• Receive and check deliveries, organize stock using planograms and ensure 100 % product availability.
• Deliver orders quickly while preserving quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience working as a barista.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills; fluent English and Arabic are a plus.
• Comfortable interacting with senior‑level stakeholders and adapting to a fast‑changing environment.
