Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine conversation and tailor drink recommendations to their preferences.
• Prepare and present cocktails and other beverages with precision, following approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain an organized bar, replenish supplies, and prepare garnishes to ensure prompt service.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and uphold quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Process payments accurately through the point‑of‑sale system and handle alcohol‑related situations with professionalism.
• Adhere to health, safety, hygiene, sanitation, and alcohol awareness requirements.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
