About the role
Join our vibrant bar team in Dubai Marina, where you’ll create memorable guest experiences beyond just mixing drinks. As a bartender, you’ll be the host of the space, delivering exceptional service and ensuring the bar operates flawlessly.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, staying current with new trends and micro‑local offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, handling cash and inventory responsibly.
- Engage with guests to anticipate their needs, providing personalized recommendations and information.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and community partners to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of bartending or related hospitality experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety, company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
Required skills
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, beverage trends, and bar equipment.
- Strong guest service orientation and attention to detail.
