About the role
Join Hilton's Hotels team in Dubai as a Bartender, where you will brighten guests' days by preparing and serving drinks while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactive service.
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards.
- Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing supplies.
- Process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Monitor product quality, manage inventory, and ensure freshness.
- Address guest concerns, including handling intoxicated guests safely.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Ability to mix and serve beverages according to standards.
