About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel, part of the Colbert Collection.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, mix cocktails and serve drinks to guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders, recommend drinks and ensure a high level of service.
- Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies and present the bar menu.
- Plan and present the bar menu, encouraging a positive working environment.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all bar products and uphold food‑and‑beverage regulations.
- Support the manager with up‑selling features and promote guest‑focused service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a large luxury hotel (minimum 500 keys); pre‑opening experience is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a bartender with strong communication skills.
- Active listening, effective communication and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and a flexible approach to duties and hours.
