BD Team Leader – Dubai

About the role

INGOT is looking for a high‑energy Business Development (BD) Team Leader to drive revenue growth in Dubai. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers, shape sales strategies, and ensure alignment with the company’s core values of high ethics, commitment, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of BDMs, providing hands‑on guidance and resources.
• Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets for existing and new products.
• Recruit, train and align the relationship‑management team with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to create effective offerings, procedures and promotions.
• Innovate new business‑development approaches and translate them into profitable ventures.
• Maintain a closed‑loop communication channel between sales and other departments.
• Monitor lead and pipeline data, validate quality and deliver insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development or financial markets.
• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams.
• Strong results‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
