BDR Talent Programme – Business Development Representative

About the role

Join Checkout.com's global NextGen BDR Programme in Dubai and learn the payments craft while creating high‑intent opportunities for sales. You will work with ambitious merchants and global brands, using data, technology and AI to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Master Checkout.com’s products, the payments ecosystem and global trends to speak credibly with prospective merchants.
• Research strategic accounts, conduct detailed analysis of organisations, industries and stakeholders to identify high‑value opportunities.
• Create relevant conversations through personalised outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build a consistent operating rhythm for prospecting, follow‑up, discovery and pipeline management.
• Run advanced discovery to understand merchants’ technical and business challenges.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Underwriting, Product and Marketing to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Leverage AI and sales technology such as Salesforce, intent data, enrichment tools and analytics.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and apply qualification frameworks.
