About the role

Join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel as a Beach Food & Beverage Supervisor, overseeing the daily operations of beachside outlets. You will ensure exceptional service, maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and safety, and create memorable guest experiences in a vibrant seaside setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations at beach outlets, guaranteeing smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train and motivate the F&B team to uphold luxury service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards specific to outdoor/beach environments.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to optimise operations and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels and support cost‑control measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B supervision within 5‑star luxury hotel environments, preferably beach or outdoor outlets.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational procedures for beach settings.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.
• Current residence in the UAE.
