Beach Service Attendant – Villa Beach Runner

About the role

Join Accor’s beach team as a Beach Service Attendant, delivering prompt food, beverage and amenity service to guests enjoying the shoreline. You will ensure a seamless, enjoyable beach experience while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food, drinks and guest amenities accurately and promptly to beach guests.
• Assist guests with setting up sunbeds, umbrellas, towels and other beach equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area, including sunbeds, tables, walkways and service stations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor beach inventory (towels, amenities, service equipment) and report shortages.
• Collect used items, glassware and waste while keeping the area tidy.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.

Required skills

• Food Safety and Hygiene certifications.
• Knowledge of wine and food pairing principles.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
