Beauty Advisor – Fragrance & Beauty Boutique

About the role

Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor for a 6-month temporary position in its Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Dubai Hills. You will join the sales team covering make-up, fragrances and skincare, and help build a loyal client database by giving every client a unique and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a tailor-made experience with personalized solutions and excellent client service in line with Chanel's rituals and standards
• Welcome clients in the expected way, handle complaints and requests according to guidelines, and develop your own client database while working closely with your manager
• Take part in beauty events and workshops for clients
• Keep the boutique well maintained according to VM guidelines and support daily operations
• Contribute to sales targets and KPIs, and provide your manager with appropriate reports

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Russian is an advantage
• Passion for make-up and beauty, with a strong understanding of excellent client experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive mindset and an intercultural approach
